Job summary

Connected Development, LLC. seeks a dynamic Account Representative for its Launch program in Orlando, FL. The four‑month intensive training pathway develops sales, product knowledge, and customer‑facing skills through classroom work and hands‑on assignments.

After completion, the representative will join the Sales organization and be based at a branch location, selling company products via phone and email while meeting defined sales objectives and growing customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (internship experience accepted).
• Candidates must have graduated from a bachelor’s degree program within the past two years of the start of the Launch program.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services via telephone, internet, e‑mail, and fax to customers in the assigned geographic territory.
• Provide price and delivery quotes within customer timeline in collaboration with branch or product manager and manufacturers.
• Process customer orders by entering into the sales database and manage schedules.
• Expand product knowledge by engaging with product literature, reps, managers, and other sales team members.
• Attend sales calls with Field Sales Representatives to build relationships and drive sales.
• Support quality and compliance by following defined policies and procedures and resolve issues when needed.
