TTI, Inc. invites motivated graduates to join the Account Representative (Launch) program in the Detroit area, Novi, MI.

The four‑month training blends classroom and hands‑on experience at the corporate office before transitioning into sales at a branch location. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree, have 0–2 years in sales or customer service, and demonstrate communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (internship accepted).
• Candidates must have graduated from a bachelor’s degree program within the past two years of the start of the Launch program.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Must be organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Willingness to travel locally and domestically up to 50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services via telephone, internet, email, and fax.
• Build relationships and tailor sales approaches to customer needs.
• Provide price and delivery quotes within customer timelines.
• Process customer orders accurately in the sales system.
• Expand product knowledge to discuss options and benefits with customers.
• Support quality processes and maintain high data integrity.
