• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales, or telemarketing).
• Experience in managing customer relationships.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Ability to relate to customers effectively.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
