Jason Denais - State Farm Agency Intern in Lafayette, LA seeks an Account Representative to support the agent team, grow the office through meaningful customer relations, and proactively market relevant products and services to meet customer needs.

As a sales-oriented team member, you will develop leads, nurture client relationships, and provide prompt, friendly service across inquiries about policies, eligibility, coverages, and billing, while promoting long-term customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
