Jason Denais - State Farm Agency Intern in Lafayette, LA seeks an Account Representative to support the agent team, grow the office through meaningful customer relations, and proactively market relevant products and services to meet customer needs.

As a sales-oriented team member, you will develop leads, nurture client relationships, and provide prompt, friendly service across inquiries about policies, eligibility, coverages, and billing, while promoting long-term customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to relate effectively to customers.
• Property & Casualty license is required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products to meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about product availability, coverages, and billing.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
