Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside or inside) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including insurance inquiries, policy changes, transfers, and billing questions.
• Promote long-lasting customer relations and trust with clients.
