Role Description

The Account Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Commack, NY. This role manages assigned customer accounts, responding to inquiries, providing order status updates, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The Account Representative collaborates with internal teams on quotations, order entry, scheduling, and delivery coordination to support customer requirements. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate account records, preparing customer-facing communications, and identifying opportunities for additional sales or expanded services. The role may also support customer training on processes or products and assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Account Management skills, including maintaining relationships, tracking orders, and handling customer requests.
• Customer Service and Communication skills to respond promptly, clearly, and professionally across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Sales skills to recognize opportunities, support quotations, and collaborate with the sales team on pricing and proposals.
• Training abilities to help customers understand products, services, and processes when needed.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environments preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Commack, NY, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or ERP tools) and strong organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
