Job summary

Alpha Metalcraft Group (AMG) in Commack, NY is seeking a dedicated Account Representative. This full-time, on-site role manages assigned customer accounts, responds to inquiries, provides order status updates, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will maintain accurate records, prepare customer communications, identify opportunities for additional sales or expanded services, and support quotations, scheduling, and delivery coordination to improve the customer

Qualifications

• Strong account management skills, maintaining relationships and tracking orders.

• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environments preferred.
