Job summary

Rolled Alloys is seeking an Account Representative for our Fairfield, OH site. The role manages customer accounts, handles inquiries and orders, and prepares quotations with timely follow-up throughout the sales cycle.

Role Description The Account Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Fairfield, OH. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing inquiries and orders, preparing quotations, and ensuring accurate and timely follow-up throughout the sales cycle. The role involves providing responsive customer service, resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams such as operations and logistics, and maintaining detailed records in the company’s systems. The Account Representative will build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, identify opportunities for additional sales, and support training and product education to help customers select appropriate specialty metal solutions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, orders, and ongoing client relationships effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional interpersonal skills.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and pursue growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to explain products, processes, and best practices to customers and colleagues.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include attention to detail, proficiency with CRM and ERP or order-entry systems, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and comfort working in a technical or industrial environment.
• Prior experience in metals, manufacturing, or industrial distribution is a plus, as is experience in inside sales or customer account support.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
