Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Chicago is hiring an Account Representative to start in an accelerated training program and grow into a high-earning sales role. You will support an established team, learn the logistics business, and develop solutions for customers with urgency and reliability.

With a $45,000 base salary and uncapped commissions, this in-office position offers strong earning potential, structured career growth, and a culture focused on performance, teamwork, and customer service

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish while overseeing daily shipments and resolving issues to ensure pickups and deliveries are on time.
• Work with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing.
• Input, update, and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems.
• Collaborate with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly.
• Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed.

More than just an entry-level sales role, you will be responsible for supporting and working with an established sales team to identify areas of opportunity with their customers to drive revenue. No experience necessary; you will start your career in an accelerated training program to learn the logistics industry. Once training is complete, you will focus on growing new and existing business by presenting TQL customers with our transportation services and handling freight issues 24/7/365.
