Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking an Account Representative to join a fast-paced, high-energy sales team in Savannah. No experience is required; you will begin in an accelerated training program to learn the logistics industry and kick off your career with uncapped commission potential.

As you grow, you’ll expand new and existing business by presenting our transportation services, overseeing shipments from start to finish, and delivering exceptional customer service.

More than just an entry level sales role, you will be responsible for supporting and working with an established sales team to identify areas of opportunity with their customers to drive revenue. No experience necessary; you will start your career in an accelerated training program to learn the logistics industry. Once training is complete, you focus on growing new and existing business by presenting TQL customers with our transportation services and handling freight issues 24/7/365.

What you’ll do:

• Communicate with the sales team and customers as the subject matter expert to build and maintain relationships
• Manage projects from start to finish while overseeing daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure pickups and deliveries are on time
• Work with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing
• Input, update and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems
• Collaborate with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly
• Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed
