Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in Orlando is hiring an Account Representative to join a fast-paced, high-energy sales team. This in-office role offers a $40,000 minimum annual salary plus uncapped commissions and rapid training to learn the logistics business.

You will support the existing sales team, develop new and existing customer relationships, and manage shipments end-to-end while delivering excellent customer service around the clock.

Qualifications

• No experience required; accelerated training program provided.
• Grow new and existing business by presenting transportation services.
• Handle freight issues 24/7/365.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the sales team and customers as the subject matter expert to build and maintain relationships.
• Manage projects from start to finish while overseeing daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure pickups and deliveries are on time.
• Work with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing.
• Input, update and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems.
• Collaborate with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly.
• Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed.
