Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in the United States is hiring an Account Representative to join a fast-paced, in-office sales team. You will support and work with an established team to grow revenue by presenting transportation services and resolving freight issues 24/7/365.

No experience is required as an accelerated training program will prepare you for success. You will start with a $40,000 minimum annual salary and the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the sales team and customers as the subject matter expert to build and maintain relationships.
• Manage projects from start to finish while overseeing daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure pickups and deliveries are on time.
• Work with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing.
• Input, update and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems.
• Collaborate with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly.
• Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed.
