Job summary

Crane-Solutions-LL is seeking an Account Manager to oversee client communications, resolve conflicts, and manage invoices and receivables under guidance from the Account Manager. You will collaborate with project teams to keep account status accurate and ensure processes are followed while pursuing improvements.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team. A BA in business or related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA in Business Administration or four years related experience.
• Experience in account management or client services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for client communications and conflict resolution with timely updates.
• With direction from the account manager, manage invoices and accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain current account status.
• Ensure processes and procedures are followed and drive improvements.
• Communicate offerings to clients and understand company capabilities.
• Report activity to the Account Manager with weekly call reports.
• Conduct report analysis, identify trends, and take corrective actions.
