As a Billing Clerk, you will review customer order data, identify duplicates, validate balances, determine write-off eligibility, process credits per escheatment rules, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Overview:
Our client is seeking three highly detail-oriented Remote Billing Clerks to assist with a critical Accounts Receivable (AR) aging clean-up project. The scope involves reviewing and resolving over 9,000 lines of customer order data, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity.

• Review and analyze customer order data for errors and inconsistencies
• Identify and eliminate duplicate records
• Validate balances and confirm settlements
• Determine eligibility for write-offs
• Process outstanding customer credits in accordance with escheatment regulations
• Update records and maintain audit-ready documentation
