Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking three detail-oriented Remote Billing Clerks to support an AR aging clean-up project on a 3-month contract. This remote role requires East Coast availability and offers a contract engagement with immediate start.

As a Billing Clerk, you will review customer order data, identify duplicates, validate balances, determine write-off eligibility, process credits per escheatment rules, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Finance & Operations or similar tool.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with financial compliance and reporting standards.

Responsabilités

• Review and analyze customer order data for errors and inconsistencies
• Identify and eliminate duplicate records
• Validate balances and confirm settlements
• Determine eligibility for write-offs
• Process outstanding customer credits in accordance with escheatment regulations
