Job summary

Conservice is seeking an Activations Credit Memo Auditor to research and audit credit memos and related financial tasks. This role collaborates with leadership to address patterns and ensure timely resolution.

Hybrid role in Utah (Logan area), with in-office presence on select days. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time. Strong Excel and Google Docs skills and keen attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience with financial auditing tasks is helpful.

Pay:$15.75/hour

Location:Hybrid (In office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Overview

This position researches and audits Activations credit memos. The scope of this position will include but is not limited to credit memos and can include other financial auditing tasks. This position will be responsible for researching credit memos on time and working internally with leadership to address concerns and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, provide information to Activations Leadership, and work with internal teams to refine reporting processes and requirements.
• Complete research and prepare reports using established expectations and guidelines.
