Job summary

Conservice is seeking an Activation QC Specialist to audit the Activations team’s work and provide timely feedback to ensure a world-class experience for clients.

You will quality-check utility requests by phone, email, fax, and online, follow complex QC methodologies, and work with leadership to improve processes while meeting deadlines.

• Maintain relationships with Leadership and team members through direct professional contact.
• Minimal phone usage; when needed, contact providers for clarity (less than 5% of time).
• Complete multiple quality check requests and manage workload.
• Maintain a strong workflow while shifting priorities.
• Meet deadlines and expectations set for the role.

Overview

As an Activation QC Specialist at Conservice, you will audit the work our internal Activations team completes. Your objective is to provide proper and timely feedback to our team to correct behaviors and trends to ensure we provide a world-class experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

As an Activations QC Specialist, you will:

• Learn and follow complex, unique, and different methodologies to QC work being done by our Activators, to meet client needs by navigating different documents, programs, and websites almost simultaneously
• Quality check that utility requests with utility providers through phone, email, fax, and online are done accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve urgent Quality requests in a timely manner
• Provide feedback through notes and messages to team members through Conservice software, professional written correspondence is expected
• Maintain relationships with Leadership and team members through direct professional contact and communication
• Low phone usage - There will be some instances where you are able to contact a Provider to gain clarity on a Quality check you are performing. Less than 5% of your job will be on the phone.
• Expected to complete multiple Quality check requests.
• Able to maintain a strong workflow while shifting priorities appropriately.
• Able to meet expectations and deadlines lined out for you.
