Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience required.
• Five years of job-related experience required, preferably in the financial industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, loan origination software, Jack Henry, and LaserPro.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development and maintenance of loan and credit files; prepares documents.
• Provides clerical and customer service support to the bank lobby.
• Processes and follows up on new and renewal documents; handles renewals.
• Communicates loan status with the Loan Origination Department, Compliance Department, Loan Officers, and Customers.
• Maintains security and confidentiality of information; adheres to laws and regulations.
