Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee account execution and ensure staff deliver service in line with company standards.

You will drive profitability through proactive communication, monitor budgets, and maintain strong client relations while managing on-site operations at the Sumner location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of related experience.
• Minimum four years of industry experience.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations for the account to meet or exceed company standards.
• Maximize profitability through superior service and prompt communications with client and manager.
• Review revenue and expenses against budget and escalate issues.
• Provide excellent service and responsiveness to the client.
• Monitor financial aspects: purchasing, budget prep and review, reporting and expenses.

Job description

• Lead and manage operations for account to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at, or above the Company's standards
• Maximize profitability through superior service, effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all pending matters with the manager as well as client as needed
• Review revenue and expenses to budget constraints and **escalate** issues as the need arises
• Provide excellent service and responsiveness to client
• Monitor the financial aspects of the assigned account (purchasing, budget preparation and review, reporting and expenses).

Other Skills & Abilities

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web based and job specific software applications

Physical Requirements

• Talking, hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components
• Sitting for extended periods of time
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
• Walking within the warehouse and inspecting freight
• This job requires presence on-site at the assigned work location

Education & Experience

Washington required disclosure: Salary range for this position is between USD 64,000 - 86,000 annually.
