Bioworld Merchandising is seeking an Account Specialist I to support assigned customer accounts within the Account Services team in Irving, TX. The role focuses on day-to-day order activities, inquiries, and coordinating with internal and offshore teams to ensure accurate and timely order execution.

You will monitor customer requirements, assist with order entry and changes, manage escalations, maintain vendor compliance, and build strong relationships with Sales, Production, Shipping,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in inside sales support or customer service.
• Experience in retail apparel/accessories preferred.
• Proficiency with business software and retail portals.
• Strong Excel pivot and lookup skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage escalations and coordinate resolution with internal partners.
• Respond to inquiries and clarify orders.
• Maintain knowledge of customer requirements and vendor compliance.
• Build relationships with Account Services, Production, Shipping, Logistics, and Sales.
• Communicate changes to vendor compliance requirements to internal teams.
• Review the Customer Order Log daily to identify potential order risks.
• Support chargeback research and resolution.
• Research and resolve account-related questions from Sales.
• Participate in vendor training and learning seminars.
