This role emphasizes building strong relationships with store personnel, executing marketing plans, and maintaining safe handling and quality standards while contributing to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills (listening, speaking, writing).
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes applicable promotions and new products to ensure RED scores for assigned customers.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and the shelf.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelve where permitted; rotates product.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests and promotions.
• Identifies and communicates competitive issues or market activities and adheres to safety and quality guidelines.
