Job summary

Abatement Technologies, part of Aire Guardians, seeks an Account Manager for the Western Market in Suwanee, GA. This full-time role focuses on post-sale execution, quoting, and upsell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue and efficiency.

You will support RSM/TM deals, build quotes, manage recurring orders, and maintain clean CRM data while identifying new business opportunities and coordinating with CSR for RMA or repair services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management/operations preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively with staff, customers, vendors, suppliers, and affiliates

Responsibilities

• Work as a key support resource for RSM and TM within a defined region
• Build quotes and convert orders in a timely manner
• Manage recurring orders from an existing regional book of business
• Coordinate with CSR team to facilitate RMA, warranty, or repair services
• Maintain clean CRM data and drive process improvements
