Role Description

Base salary + commissions; 401K, positive work environment; apply if you are sales oriented and want to make a positive difference in the relationships you build with our customers in Montana. This position does not offer health insurance at this time. Paid Licensing & Training. Base + commissions the first year of employment = $50K, then when you learn this position and develop relationships with customers, salary is up to $80K annually. Responsibilities

• Obtain your Insurance Licenses, paid training
• Present to customers the benefits of the policies we offer, which in term results in sales/commissions for you.
• Regular sales competitions that result in cash, prizes and commissions
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues and willingness to be a problem solver for our customers insurance concerns.
• Life Insurance Policy Sales Required

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred but not required as we will teach you accordingly.
• Ability to learn new computer programs, be flexible with change & want to understand customer insurance needs
