Job summary

The Anderson Agency State Farm is seeking a Marketing Representative to grow the agency by engaging in community events, nurturing client needs, and promoting our insurance and financial services portfolio.

You will develop leads, set appointments, and present solutions while collaborating with a team to expand the customer base. The role offers flexible hybrid work and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license before or soon after hire.
• Must obtain Life & Health license within 60 days of hire.
• Sales experience in any setting is preferred.
• A can-do attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
• Ability to present to potential customers.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• People-oriented approach and effective communication.
• Creativity in problem solving and achieving goals.
• Fluent in Spanish or Hmong is highly desirable.

As a Marketing Representative for The Anderson Agency State Farm, your creativity and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. Through fact-finding and needs-based conversations you will discover gaps in customer's plans and educate them on potential solutions. While putting the needs of customers first, you will strategically grow our customer base.

While promoting our team, our insurance products/financial services, and the value we offer to our community, you also gain unique insights invaluable to your career growth. As an inventive and sales-minded professional, we are eager to incorporate your skillset into our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the agent to identify and support local community events.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and sell appropriate products and services.
• Cross-sell a wide range of State Farm products.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to obtain Property and Casualty license preferably before hire.
• Able to obtain a Life and Health license within 60 days of hire.
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
