Job summary

Amanda Hagood - State Farm Agent in Raleigh seeks an Account Manager to grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and proactive product recommendations. You will build trust with clients and collaborate with agency teams to tailor coverage that fits their needs.

I opened my agency in 2013 and lead a team of seven with a strong purpose behind what we do. Before becoming an agent, I worked in Yellow Pages sales. After a serious accident in 2006 that required three surgeries and months away from work, I experienced firsthand how important proper insurance education truly is—and how often people don’t receive it. That experience shaped my mission as an agent: to make sure customers fully understand their protection and are never left in the dark.

Outside of the office, I enjoy adventure and trying new things—I’ve reeled in a 110-pound tuna in Hawaii and even gone skydiving. That same drive and determination shows up in how I lead and grow my agency.
