Mallory Pfingstler - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and strengthen customer relationships. You will grow the agency through meaningful service, policy knowledge, and proactive outreach.

As a collaborative, sales-minded professional, you will advise customers on relevant insurance products, conduct policy reviews, and help drive retention and growth for the local community.

ABOUT OUR AGENCY

I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Recruiter and Account Manager, experiences that helped me develop a passion for building relationships, developing talent, and helping others succeed.

I graduated from Belmont University, where I played Division I golf, and today my husband is a valued member of our agency team. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, traveling, and spending time with our two sons.

Giving back to the community is important to me. I am actively involved with the local Chamber of Commerce, support Habitat for Humanity, and enjoy participating in initiatives that help strengthen and grow our community.
