Jeff Gottesman State Farm is seeking a driven, competitive, and sales-focused Account Manager who thrives on winning business and delivering outstanding customer outcomes. In this role, every conversation is a chance to close revenue, deepen customer relationships, and strengthen your earning potential.

This position requires both Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. If you are missing one or both, we will support you through the licensing process—full licensure is required for continued employment.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively engage prospects to close new business across multiple product lines
• Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and upsell additional protection
• Retain and expand existing accounts through high-quality relationship management
• Solve complex customer needs while staying laser-focused on revenue growth
• Convert warm leads and generate outbound opportunities to maximize production

Who You Are

• Confident sales professional with a track record of exceeding goals
• Excellent communicator capable of influencing buying decisions
• Self‑motivated, persistent, and eager to pursue every new opportunity
• Licensed in P&C and Life & Health (or willing to obtain quickly with support)
• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred
