I’m
Ray Givens, a Texas native who grew up in Lufkin with a love for adventure. After graduating from the
University of Louisiana Lafayette, I built my career at
State Farm, working my way up to Agent Coach before deciding to launch an agency that truly puts relationships and education first. That dream became reality in July 2020, when I opened our first office in
Pantego, Texas, and we’ve since expanded to
Grand Prairie, Texas.
Our agency isn’t just about insurance—it’s about
serving the community. We take pride in giving back, whether it’s through organizing our
Back to School Bash (where we distribute 200+ backpacks filled with supplies) or officiating local youth football games. We show up, we get involved, and we have fun doing it!

You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
