Job Description:
As an Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact and go-to for both new and existing customers seeking insurance coverage. Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:

1. Demonstrate understanding of your clients' unique insurance needs by establishing excellent rapport.
2. Educate your customers on various insurance options that best fit their needs.
3. Cross-sell and upsell insurance services to maximize your customer's lifestyle benefits.
4. Handle policy-related tasks, including collecting payments, identifying claim errors, and updating policies.
5. Identify clients' needs and escalate concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.

Requirements:
We seek individuals with excellent customer service skills who communicate effectively and professionally with both team members and customers. Candidates should be self-motivated, capable of problem-solving efficiently, and comfortable working independently or in a team. The ideal applicant will demonstrate:

1. Preferably 3-5 years of experience in customer service roles.
2. A passion for helping others and improving clients' lives.
3. A drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
4. A goal-oriented mindset.
5. State Insurance Licensure, or willingness to obtain it.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM. Potential Saturday hours, 9 AM - 1 PM.
