Job summary

KItsia Gaines State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and customer success at the Lakitsia Gaines State Farm office. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, promoting relevant products and services.

Our agency opened in 2006 and has grown into a thriving team of 19 across multiple offices. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked with State Farm in communications and public affairs, which helped shape my leadership style and commitment to serving both our customers and our community.

I’m a graduate of Florida A&M University, where I earned my degree magna cum laude, and I’m proud that my family represents five generations at FAMU.
