You grow our agency through meaningful client relations acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage's, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Grow our business by increasing sales, both in-book and out-book.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICAIONS

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Experience managing client relationships is preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.

About Our Agency

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
