Job summary

Jeff Sawyer State Farm in Bensalem, PA seeks a competitive Insurance Sales Representative to generate new business and manage a growing client base. This in-office role covers Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other policies with strong incentives for production.

You will prospect, present, and close sales while maintaining a robust pipeline and exceptional client relationships. Licensing guidance is provided; prior insurance experience is preferred but not required for motivated sellers.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or proven potential for meeting production targets.
• Licensing required: Property & Casualty license before start; Life & Health license within 45 days.
• Licensing guidance and study support provided.
• Previous insurance, financial services, automotive, banking, or consultative sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, warm leads, referrals, and networking.
• Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.
• Conduct needs-based sales conversations with prospective and existing customers.
• Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Follow up to convert leads into customers and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Present recommendations, overcome objections, and ask for the sale.
• Generate referrals and develop long-term customer relationships.

Jeff Sawyer State Farm is seeking a competitive, results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our agency in Bensalem, PA.

This is a sales-dominant position for someone who enjoys prospecting, building a pipeline, overcoming objections, and confidently closing business. You'll generate new customers, expand existing accounts, and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.

We're looking for someone who is motivated by production, disciplined with follow-up, and comfortable being held accountable for measurable sales results.

Insurance sales experience is preferred, but we're willing to develop a motivated professional with strong sales ability and a desire to succeed.

Licensing Requirements

• Property & Casualty license must be obtained before your first day in the agency.
• Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting.
• Already licensed candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Unlicensed candidates may apply if willing and able to complete the required licensing.
