Job summary

Debbie Hart - State Farm Agent invites an Account Manager to join our close-knit team in Annapolis. You will grow our agency through meaningful customer relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, proactively marketing insurance products.

As a sociable, sales-minded professional, you’ll conduct policy reviews, provide recommendations, resolve complex issues, and drive retention and growth by turning cold and warm leads into satisfied customers.

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

I opened my agency in 2000 and currently lead a team of four. I've been with State Farm for over 40 years, beginning my career as a team member shortly after graduating from West Virginia University. I'm a proud Mountaineer fan and enjoy golfing with my family, traveling, and spending time with my two dogs.

I'm involved with Chesapeake Region Accessible Boating (CRAB), an organization that makes sailing and boating accessible for individuals with physical and medical disabilities.
