Responsibilities

• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Provide white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and at customers' homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and secure new rental agreements.
• Uphold showroom standards and safety guidelines.
