Job summary

Rent-A-Center in United States is seeking an Account Manager to manage rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive account performance. You will complete deliveries and pickups, maintain showroom standards, and contribute to sales growth by developing strong customer relationships.

The role involves early-stage collections, safe transportation of merchandise, and adherence to RAC safety guidelines. This is a full-time position with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and at customers' homes.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
