AlphaGraphics Arlington is seeking an Account Manager to grow the portfolio within our Arlington production facility. You will partner with new clients and drive accelerated growth across existing accounts, delivering exceptional service and strong business results.

Responsibilities include managing proofs, estimating jobs, upselling opportunities, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and processes. This role emphasizes client focus, process discipline, and a Get it Done attitude.

Responsibilities

• Routinely resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Display mastery of MIS tools to estimate and manage projects.

As an Account Manager at AlphaGraphics Arlington, your primary role will be to leverage your existing portfolio within the AlphaGraphics Arlington production facility. The focus will be on partnering with new clients, and accelerated growth with existing accounts.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Ensure all clients have a positive experience
• Has a thorough knowledge of the client landscape, departments, and growth opportunities
• Has a thorough knowledge of all AlphaGraphics products and services, production processes, capabilities
• Can easily provide customers with the benefits they will experience when using our products and services
• Consults with customers to help them make decisions; upsells and cross-sells when there are opportunities
• Captures customer’s specifics using “Job Analysis” questions
• Reviews customer’s proofs, manages the proofing process, and calls customers when jobs are ready for pick up
• Creates job estimates that are prepared in a timely manner, professionally presented and carefully reviewed for job pricing and accuracy
• Routinely resolves customer inquiries and complaints
• Displays necessary mastery of MIS tools to create and estimate customer projects effectively

Account Manager Qualifications

• 3 + years of experience (Print and/or Signs)
• Knowledge of printing and prepress requirements a plus
• Strong analytical skills (break projects into steps or sets)
• Excellent writing and verbal skills

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Compensation: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
