Crawford Electric Supply, a Crawford division within the Sonepar group, is seeking an Account Manager-PNP in Irving, Texas. You will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, grow accounts, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with program leadership to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outbound sales or inside sales experience.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills; active listening.
• Proficient with CRM systems and practices.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office; basic navigation of Eclipse and SSM.
• Knowledge of electrical products distribution is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to current and potential customers.
• Identify, qualify, and grow small to medium accounts with leadership from PNP program.
• Upsell products and services when opportunities arise.
• Maintain CRM records and communicate with internal resources for customer success.
• Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Understand and communicate marketing campaigns to customers.
• Setup and maintain SPA's and customer digital platforms.
