Job summary

Next Street seeks an Account Manager for the NYC Business Solutions, Queens Center, to advance services for entrepreneurs and small businesses. You will work with diverse clients and report to the NYC Business Solutions, Queens Center leadership.

The role requires 3+ years in small business financing or banking, with strong analytical and communication skills. You will collaborate across offices to deliver strategic, financial, and operational guidance and support growth efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years experience in consumer/retail or commercial banking or small business financing.
• Solid understanding of the NYC small business landscape and business assistance services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the NYC Business Solutions set of services to businesses to exceed NYC SBS and Next Street goals.
• Engage with a wide range of small businesses to assess needs and advise on resources and services.
• Serve as the Center’s lead small business financing expert.
• Create, review, and analyze financial statements and advise on capital options.
