Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with stabilizer systems and hydrocolloid-based ingredient solutions.
• Sales experience in chemical distribution or related field preferred (3–5 years).
• Strong consultative selling and cross-selling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and achieve sales objectives in the assigned territory.
• Identify opportunities for cross- and range-selling to existing customers and engage stakeholders.
• Develop and implement growth strategies and sales plans aligned with the Sales Manager.
• Conduct customer visits, prepare meetings, and close proposals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts.
