Qualifications

• Must have experience with stabilizer systems and hydrocolloid-based ingredient solutions in the food/beverage industry.
• Experience in the chemical distribution industry in a sales role (3–5 years).
• Strong ability to identify selling opportunities and grow accounts.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Account Management for the assigned territory to maximize sales and profit.
• Meet sales objectives and focus on customer retention and satisfaction across digital channels.
• Identify potentials for cross- and range-selling with existing customers and new leads.
• Set strategies and targets for growth in the territory and align with the Sales Manager.
• Frequent customer visits; prepare meetings and coordinate/close proposals.
• Manage spot business and rush offers with support as needed.
• Liaise with internal teams and maintain CRM data; provide forecasts and revenue reports.
