Job summary

JM Eagle is seeking an Account Manager to oversee 50-70 national accounts from Los Angeles, delivering tailored sales strategies to grow existing distributors and attract new customers. You will gather market data on pricing, competition, and trends for the Sales Manager and maintain strong distributor relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience and 3 years in sales, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent sales/customer service experience.
• 3 years of inside/outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of assigned accounts: pricing, shipments, order entry and service.
• Develop business with existing or new customers to grow market share.
• Maintain product knowledge through training and self-study.
• Process quotations, send samples and documentation, and resolve order disputes.
• Coordinate with Production to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Assist credit with collections and resolve customer issues.
