Job summary

JM Eagle seeks an Accounts Receivable Manager (Assistant Credit Manager) to lead credit analysis, manage risk, and support collections while sustaining cash flow and sales growth. You will back up the Credit Manager and guide Credit Analysts and staff.

Based at JM Eagle Headquarters in Los Angeles, you will collaborate with Sales, Accounting, and Operations to improve processes, prepare reports, and drive department efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial credit, accounts receivable, or collections preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis and credit risk management.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer financial statements and credit reports to determine credit limits and terms.
• Review and approve new customer credit applications within authority levels.
• Lead collections efforts and optimize cash flow with the team.
• Provide training and guidance to Credit Analysts and staff.
