Control Systems, Inc. is hiring a Systems Account Manager to join our fast-growing team.

You will manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers while developing new business opportunities and serving as a trusted advisor delivering integrated fire, life safety, security, and low-voltage solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales/account management in fire alarm or life-safety sectors.
• Experience selling integrated fire, security, and low-voltage systems.
• Familiarity with IFC, IBC, NFPA codes.
• Ability to present, negotiate, and upsell to multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of existing customers while pursuing new business.
• Present, price, and negotiate proposals reflecting excellent service.
• Identify needs and tailor system solutions to meet objectives.
• Conduct presentations, demos, and consultations to generate opportunities.
• Participate in trade shows and events to boost brand and sales.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and service teams for project success.
