Job summary

Dean J. Verno State Farm in Doylestown, PA is seeking a full-time on-site Account Manager to respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, provide information about insurance products, and assist with policy changes and billing questions.

You will document interactions, process transactions, collaborate with the agent and team to meet office goals, and perform proactive outreach, scheduling appointments, and supporting marketing and community engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills across phone, email, and in-person channels.
• Experience in customer service and multi-channel support.
• Focus on customer satisfaction through timely, accurate, empathetic responses.
• Ability to build positive, long-term relationships with clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with insurance products; insurance/financial services experience is a plus.
• On-site role; detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office.
• High school diploma or equivalent; related licenses are preferred but not required.
