Job summary

Dean J. Verno State Farm in Doylestown, PA is seeking a full-time on-site Account Manager to respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, provide information about insurance products, and assist with policy changes and billing questions.

You will document interactions, process transactions, collaborate with the agent and team to meet office goals, and perform proactive outreach, scheduling appointments, and supporting marketing and community engagement activities.

Job description

This full-time, on-site Account Manager role is based in Doylestown, PA for the Dean J. Verno State Farm agency. The position involves responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing information about insurance products, and assisting with policy changes and billing questions. The representative will help resolve issues, ensure a positive customer experience, and follow up on requests to support satisfaction and retention. Daily responsibilities include accurately documenting interactions, processing transactions, and collaborating with the agent and team to meet office goals. The role also involves proactive outreach to customers, scheduling appointments, and supporting marketing and community engagement activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Service Representatives experience.
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Support and handling inquiries across multiple communication channels.
• Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction through timely, accurate, and empathetic responses.
• Candidates should possess an understanding of Customer Experience and the ability to build positive, long-term relationships.

• Comfort with learning insurance products and office systems; prior insurance or financial services experience is a plus.

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health Pennsylvania Insurance licenses preferred but not required.
