Job summary

Relation Insurance Services is seeking a Senior Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery. The role focuses on building client relationships, aligning goals, and driving new and repeat business opportunities.

The position requires 5 years of account management experience in the insurance sector, with deep knowledge of health benefit plans and regulatory requirements, plus strong Excel/PowerPoint skills

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management experience in the insurance industry with a focus on Accident and Health lines.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefit plans: medical, dental, vision, LTD/STD, AD&D.
• Understanding of HIPAA, COBRA, Health Care Reform regulations.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary contact for assigned accounts and ensures client satisfaction.
• Builds professional relationships with clients and understands their core business.
• Manages client expectations and resolves complex issues.
• Prepares presentation materials for client meetings and trainings.
• Supports RFP processes with data collection and carrier responses.
• Analyzes renewals and vendor data to assess rate reasonableness.
