Job summary

LP Insurance Services LLC is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to provide above-standard client service for assigned accounts and collaborate with Producers, Account Executives, and teammates to deliver full benefits administration.

You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverages; advise on options; foster strong carrier relationships; prepare materials for enrollment meetings; and respond promptly to client questions to

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health insurance coverages, HIPAA rules and regulations, and the ACA is essential.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ Benefit experience with a broker or insurance carrier is required.
• Experience in building good inter-personal and excellent client relationships is essential.
• Active Life & Health license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide above-standard client service to assigned accounts and collaborate with team members.
• Serve as the primary contact for linked clients, ensuring accurate benefit enrollment and carrier communications.
• Prepare and follow up on enrollment materials and carrier marketing items.
• Evaluate proposals to present best options and respond promptly to client inquiries.
