Purple Wave Auction is seeking an Account Manager Tier II in Dallas to strengthen key account relationships, ensure sellers feel heard, and advocate for customers within the organization. The role supports Territory Managers with driving growth and maintaining high levels of communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• 2–4 years in account management, customer relations, or sales (B2B).
• Spanish-speaking bi-lingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and act as secondary point of contact for inquiries, requests and escalations.
• Develop and maintain account plans and reviews to drive customer satisfaction and territory growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer goals and identify process improvements.
• Track key account metrics and use data-driven insights to guide decisions and opportunities.
