Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Account Manager II in Rochester, NY to resolve client payroll and HR system issues while building strong client relationships. You will serve as the primary contact within a dedicated client support team and ensure high-quality service.

This 100% in-office role requires on-site work five days a week at our Rochester, NY location. You will manage communications, leverage internal resources, and stay current on Paylocity products and releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in technical support or other high-volume customer-facing roles.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office with Excel proficiency.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client payroll and HR system issues while fostering strong relationships.
• Serve as primary contact within a dedicated client support team.
• Meet performance metrics via inbound/outbound calls, Zoom meetings, and emails.
